I spoke to some people and I believe I have found the reason why some people just can’t seem to stop scattering rubbish everywhere they go.

They say: “There are anyways the cleaners, the wind, the rain… if I throw this piece of rubbish here, it will be gone soon! Why make the effort of looking for a rubbish bin when I can just drop it on the floor?”

Ugh. Where to start.

Yes there are cleaners, who’s job it is to pick up rubbish. That’s true.

There are also doctors, who’s job it is to heal wounds, yet most of us don’t go randomly punching, cutting or stabbing people just because the doctor can patch them up anyway. Seriously.

I won’t go into a long lecture about how littering affects the environment and health and all that because there are plenty of those articles on the internet. I do want to just say, if you’ve got some trash, please please throw it in the bin, because otherwise the city will turn into a garbage dump and that’s f*cking gross. It’s not that hard to throw stuff in the rubbish bin, and if there isn’t one around, then just put it in a plastic bag and throw it in a bin later.
